PT TRENDS TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA ("TrendX", "we", "us") operates the TrendX Trading mobile application and related services (the "Service"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Email address, account identifier (UID), and authentication credentials.
You may sign in using any of the following methods. Not all methods are available on every platform.
To execute strategies, you provide API credentials issued by your own cryptocurrency exchange account.
Strategy configurations, order and position records, realized and unrealized profit and loss, execution logs, Credit balance and transaction history.
If you enable notifications, we collect a push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android, Apple Push Notification service on iOS), your platform, application version, and language setting.
These are used solely to deliver strategy event notifications, such as order placement, position adjustment, take-profit execution, and rejected orders. When you sign out, the token is deregistered and deleted.
We collect in-app event data — event name, event properties, your account identifier, and timestamp — to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. This data is sent to our own servers. We do not use any third-party analytics provider.
We collect only your platform (iOS or Android), application version, and language setting.
We do not collect your device model, hardware identifiers, advertising identifier, IMEI, precise or approximate location, contacts, or any other device data. The application does not declare the Android advertising ID permission.
The application requests camera access solely to scan a QR code when you bind an exchange API key. Camera frames are processed on your device and are never uploaded or stored.
If you register using a referral code, we store that code and the relationship between your account and the account that referred you.
Where you purchase Execution Credits through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the purchase is processed by that store. We receive a transaction identifier and purchase confirmation for verification. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Where a version of the application makes another payment method available and you choose to use it, we additionally record the identifier of the payment (for a blockchain payment, the originating address and the transaction hash) for the purpose of confirming and reconciling your payment.
The application does not include any crash reporting service and does not transmit crash logs.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use third-party analytics, crash reporting, or advertising services.

We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required by applicable law and for legitimate record-keeping purposes.
You may delete your account at any time from Me > Delete Account. Upon deletion we remove your exchange API credentials immediately and delete or anonymize your personal data, except records we are required to retain.
We use encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive credentials, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own credentials and for the permission scope of the API key you create at your exchange.
Subject to applicable law, including Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us using the details below.
The Service is not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
