These Terms govern your use of the TrendX Trading application and services operated by PT TRENDS TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA ("TrendX"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service Is
TrendX is a software interface to a cryptocurrency exchange account that YOU own and control. Through TrendX you can:
- View market data provided by your connected exchange
- Place and cancel orders manually on your own exchange account
- Configure and run automated trading strategies that YOU select and configure, according to parameters that YOU set
All orders are placed on your own exchange account. TrendX transmits your instructions to your exchange; it does not execute or match trades itself.
2. What the Service Is Not
- TrendX is NOT a cryptocurrency exchange. We do not match orders, provide liquidity, or offer trading pairs. The trading pairs, prices, order book data, and charts shown in the application are provided by the exchange you have connected. All orders are matched and settled by that exchange.
- TrendX is NOT a custodian or wallet for your trading assets. The assets in your exchange account remain yours and stay in your own exchange account at all times. We do not take custody of them, do not exercise control over them, and our exchange integrations implement no function to withdraw or transfer them.
- TrendX does NOT provide investment advice, financial advice, or personal recommendations. Strategy templates are software configurations, not advice.
- TrendX does NOT manage a fund and does NOT exercise discretion over your assets. All strategy selection and parameters are your decisions.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Service is lawful where you are located.
4. Your Exchange Account and API Access
- You must maintain your own account with a supported exchange.
- You create the API key at your exchange and grant it to TrendX. You should grant trade permissions only and must not enable withdrawal permissions.
- Our systems place and cancel orders and read balances and positions. They do not implement any function to withdraw or transfer your assets.
- You may revoke API access at any time from your exchange, which immediately stops execution.
- You are responsible for your exchange account, including its security, compliance, and any fees charged by that exchange.
5. Execution Credits
- Execution Credits ("Credits") are prepaid units used to pay service fees.
- Credits have NO monetary value, are NOT a deposit, are NOT a stored-value instrument, and CANNOT be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash or cryptocurrency.
- One Credit corresponds to one US dollar of value for the purpose of calculating service fees.
- Credits are purchased using the payment method provided in the version of the application you are using. In applications obtained from the Apple App Store or Google Play, Credits are purchased exclusively through that store's in-app purchase system.
- Credits do not expire.
- Payment made to purchase Credits is consideration for a service and becomes the property of TrendX on receipt. It is not a deposit, is not held on your behalf, and does not accrue interest.
- TrendX does not pay out Credits in cash or cryptocurrency, and Credits cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another person.
- If the Apple App Store or Google Play refunds a purchase under that store's own policies, the Credits granted for that purchase are withdrawn from your balance. A partial refund withdraws a proportional number of Credits. If you have already used those Credits, your balance is reduced only to zero and never below zero.
- When you delete your account, unused Credits that you purchased are handled according to how you bought them. For Credits purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, we will seek a refund through that store; where that store does not permit us to initiate the refund, we will provide instructions for requesting it from the store directly. For Credits purchased on the TrendX website with Indonesian local payment (IDR), the unused portion of a purchase made within the last 14 days may be refunded to the original payment method under §7; email support@trendx.id with your order number before your account deletion is completed. Credits granted promotionally, rather than purchased, are not refundable and are forfeited.
6. Service Fees
6.1 How fees are calculated
When a strategy closes a position at a profit, TrendX charges a service fee equal to twenty percent (20%) of the realized profit of that individual closing transaction. The fee is charged in Execution Credits, where one Credit corresponds to one US dollar of value.
6.2 Fees are charged per profitable closing transaction
Fees are calculated on each individual profitable closing transaction. Fees are NOT calculated on your overall account performance and are NOT offset against losses from other transactions.
6.3 You may be charged fees while your account is at an overall loss
Because fees are charged on each profitable closing transaction independently, you may pay service fees during periods when the total value of your account has decreased. This is particularly likely with strategies that realize many small profits while holding positions that may carry unrealized losses.
Example: If one transaction closes at a loss of 10 USDT and another closes at a profit of 10 USDT, your net trading result is zero, but you will be charged 2 Credits in service fees.
By using the Service you acknowledge and accept this fee structure.
6.4 Insufficient Credit balance
If your Credit balance reaches zero, your running strategies enter a reduced mode: they will not open new positions, but will continue to manage and close existing positions. Service fees continue to accrue during this period and are recorded as an outstanding balance.
Outstanding fees are automatically deducted from your next Credit purchase.
6.5 No refund of fees
Service fees, once charged, are not refundable. This clause concerns service fees already charged. For refunds of Credits purchases, see §7.
7. Refund Policy
This section concerns refunds of Execution Credits purchases. Service fees already charged are covered by §6.5.
Execution Credits are a consumable digital item and are credited to your account immediately upon completion of purchase.
7.1 Eligible for refund
Within 14 days of the purchase date, the unused portion of the Execution Credits from that purchase may be refunded. Where a purchase has been partially consumed, the refund is calculated on the unused portion.
7.2 Not eligible for refund
- Execution Credits that have already been consumed
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago
- Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play — those are governed by each platform's own refund policy; please apply to the platform directly
7.3 How to apply
Email support@trendx.id with your order number and purchase date.
7.4 Processing times
We reply within 3 business days of receiving a request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.
The time funds actually arrive depends on the payment channel and the issuing bank or e-wallet provider, and is outside our control.
7.5 Disputes

8. No Guarantee of Results
Trading involves risk. We do not guarantee any profit, return, or outcome. Past performance of any strategy does not indicate future results. You may lose some or all of the assets in your exchange account.
9. Availability and Technical Limitations
The Service depends on third-party exchanges, networks, and infrastructure. Execution may be delayed, partial, or fail due to exchange outages, API rate limits, network conditions, maintenance, or other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Selecting and configuring strategies and risk parameters
- Monitoring your positions and the performance of running strategies
- Maintaining sufficient funds in your exchange account
- All trading outcomes, including losses
- Tax obligations arising from your trading
11. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, market manipulation, money laundering, or in any jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited. You may not attempt to circumvent, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Me > Delete Account.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrendX is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the application or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
