Risk Disclosure

Last updated: 18 August 2026

Please read carefully before using TrendX.

1. You May Lose All of Your Funds

Cryptocurrency trading carries substantial risk. Prices are highly volatile and can move sharply against you. You may lose part or all of the assets in your exchange account. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely.

2. No Guarantee of Profit

TrendX does not guarantee any profit or return. Any historical results, whether from backtesting or live execution, do not indicate future results.

3. Automated Execution Can Fail

Automated strategies depend on exchange APIs, network connectivity, and third-party infrastructure. Orders may be delayed, partially filled, or not placed at all due to exchange outages, rate limits, maintenance, network failures, or price gaps. Automation does not eliminate risk and can amplify losses in fast-moving markets.

4. Strategy Parameters Are Your Decision

Strategy templates and suggested parameters are software presets, not recommendations. You are responsible for selecting parameters appropriate to your own circumstances and risk tolerance.

5. Leverage and Derivatives Risk

Leveraged products can result in losses exceeding your initial margin. Rapid price movement may result in liquidation of your position.

6. No Investment Advice

TrendX does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Consult a qualified professional before making trading decisions.

7. Regulatory Risk

The regulatory treatment of cryptocurrency and automated trading tools varies by jurisdiction and may change. Access to the Service may be restricted or withdrawn in some jurisdictions.

8. Your Exchange Account

Your assets are held by your exchange, not by TrendX. Risks associated with your exchange — including insolvency, security breach, or withdrawal suspension — are outside our control.

9. Service Fee Structure

TrendX charges a service fee of 20% of the realized profit of each profitable closing transaction. Fees are calculated per transaction and are not offset against losses from other transactions.

You may therefore pay service fees during periods when the overall value of your account is decreasing. This is more likely with grid strategies, which realize frequent small profits while holding positions that may carry unrealized losses.

Before running any strategy, ensure you understand this fee structure. See the Terms of Service, section 6, for details.
