Account and Data Deletion

PT TRENDS TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA

You can delete your TrendX account and associated data at any time.

Option 1 — Delete in the App

Open TrendX → Me → Delete Account, and follow the confirmation steps.

Option 2 — Request by Email

If you have already uninstalled the app, send a deletion request to:

support@trendx.id

Include the email address associated with your TrendX account. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

Before You Delete

• Stop any running strategies. Deleting your account stops strategy execution; open positions on your exchange will remain and will no longer be managed by TrendX.
• Revoke the API key you created for TrendX at your exchange.

What Happens to Your Funds

Your trading funds are held in your own exchange account, not by TrendX. Deleting your TrendX account does not affect them in any way. TrendX does not take custody of the assets in your exchange account and cannot withdraw or transfer them.

What Is Deleted

• Your account and profile information
• Your exchange API credentials — deleted immediately
• Your strategy configurations and execution history
• Your push notification token
• Your usage analytics records

What Is Retained

• Transaction records required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance, retained for the period required by applicable law
• Anonymized aggregate data that can no longer identify you

Execution Credits

If you have purchased Credits and have not used them, we will seek a refund for those Credits through the store where you purchased them. Where that store does not permit us to initiate the refund, we will provide instructions for requesting it from the store directly.

Credits that were granted promotionally, rather than purchased, are not refundable and are forfeited when your account is deleted.

Credits have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash or cryptocurrency.
