What you pay for, and what it costs
One thing is sold here: Execution Credits. They pay the software service fee, and nothing else.
What Execution Credits are
Execution Credits are an in-app consumable item whose only use is to pay TrendX's software service fee. A fee is charged only when a strategy closes a position at a profit, at 20% of the realized profit, deducted in Credits. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged for cash, or used outside this application. They are not a cryptocurrency and cannot be traded.
In plain terms: if a round makes nothing, it costs you nothing. There is no monthly fee and no subscription.
That 20% is counted on each winning close on its own. It is not netted against losing ones, so during a stretch when your account is going down, you can still be charged.
Purchase options
Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah. The US dollar figure is an approximate reference only — payment is taken in IDR.
One Credit corresponds to one US dollar of value for the purpose of calculating the service fee. Credits do not expire.
How to buy
Purchases are made inside your TrendX account. The button below opens TrendX, where you sign in or create an account and complete the purchase.
Opens app.trendx.id. You will be asked to sign in first.
If you installed TrendX from the App Store or Google Play, the purchase is made through that store's in-app purchase system instead.
Refund Policy
Execution Credits are a consumable digital item and are credited to your account immediately upon completion of purchase.
Eligible for refund
Within 14 days of the purchase date, the unused portion of the Execution Credits from that purchase may be refunded. Where a purchase has been partially consumed, the refund is calculated on the unused portion.
Not eligible for refund
- Execution Credits that have already been consumed
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago
- Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play — those are governed by each platform's own refund policy; please apply to the platform directly
How to apply
Email support@trendx.id with your order number and purchase date.
Processing times
We reply within 3 business days of receiving a request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.
The time funds actually arrive depends on the payment channel and the issuing bank or e-wallet provider, and is outside our control.
