Three worth reading before you start

All three are about how the money is counted. None are long, and they're worth more of your time than any how-to here.

Funds and Credits

Where your money is, why it's sometimes unavailable, how Credits differ from trading money.

Asked most often

Will my money be transferred to TrendX?

No. It stays in your own exchange account. We place and cancel orders within the permission you gave, and there is no function to withdraw or move your assets.

What permission does linking an exchange need?

Only "can place orders". Not "can withdraw" — please leave that one off.

How are fees charged?

Only on a trade that makes money, 20% of it, paid in prepaid Credits. Nothing on a losing trade, and no monthly fee.

Will I be charged while my account is losing money?

Yes, that can happen. The 20% is counted on each winning trade on its own.

It isn't netted against the losing ones, and it doesn't look at whether your account is up or down overall. So while your account total is going down, you can still be charged.

Will a strategy stop by itself?

When something goes wrong it stops and tells you — say what it recorded doesn't match the exchange, or the exchange keeps rejecting orders. Stopping only freezes it; it doesn't touch what you hold. It sells only when you press stop.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, from inside the app. Before you do, stop any running strategies and deal with open positions.

Tell us which step you're on, what's on the screen, and which exchange you use — then we can answer specifically.

We will never ask for your access code, your password, or a verification code. Anyone who asks you for these three is not us.
