Your money never passes through us

It stays in your own exchange account the whole time. We can't touch it, and there is no function in the product that could.

Where the money is

Using TrendX does not involve sending money to us. There is no way to do it.

In an exchange account you already have, you generate an access code and put it into the app. After that we do one thing: place and cancel orders on that account, by the rules you confirmed.

The coins you buy, the money you get back, the gains and the losses — all of it happens in your own account. Open the exchange's own app and you'll see the same balance and the same orders.

That access code — only the part that's needed

Your exchange lets you decide what the code can do. We only need "can place orders". We do not need "can withdraw" — please leave that one off.

App screen: binding an exchange account by API key, showing the permission switches — trading permission on, withdrawal permission off.

Exchanges name these differently, but all of them let you switch the two separately. The binding screen will remind you again.

Want it back? Delete the code at your exchange. The moment it's gone, there is nothing we can do on that account — you don't have to ask us, and you don't have to wait for us to agree.

A few boundaries once it's running

Checked before it starts
Every start is checked first: is there enough money, does each buy clear the exchange's minimum, has another strategy on the same account already claimed it. What isn't met blocks the start — rather than letting it run and fail later.
It stops first if something goes wrong
If what it has recorded doesn't match what the exchange actually shows, or the exchange keeps rejecting orders, it stops and tells you rather than carrying on from a state that may already be wrong. Stopping does not touch what you hold.
Only you can make it sell
It sells only when you press stop. When it stops on its own, it sells nothing.

The access code you enter is stored encrypted, and is used only to send that exchange the order and cancel requests you authorised. The app no longer shows it in full, and you can unlink at any time.

Credits are not your trading money

Credits are prepaid units used to pay service fees. One Credit is worth one US dollar, and you buy them in the app stores.

They are separate from the money you trade with: Credits never enter your exchange account and are never used to place orders; they have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash or coins; and the other way round, the money you trade with is never used to pay a fee.

Know this first: the fee is counted on each winning trade on its own, and is not netted against the losing ones. During a stretch when your account is going down, you can still be charged.

What we are not

  • Not an exchange — we don't match orders, provide liquidity, or offer trading pairs.
  • Not a wallet and not a custodian — we never receive, hold, or move anything in your account.
  • Not an investment adviser — the settings you're given are a starting point, not advice. Every number takes effect only after you confirm it.

Your money being in your hands means you have full control of it — and it also means every loss the market causes is yours to carry.

Crypto prices swing hard, and you can lose everything in your exchange account. Letting a system trade for you does not reduce that risk — when the market moves fast, it can lose more. Having made money before doesn't mean it will again. We don't promise you any return, and nobody can. Only use money you can afford to lose. You must be 18 or older.
